CCT’s growth has been through the successful relationships we have built in our community, as well as through providing key services such as, telephone systems, sales, service, and installations from manufacturers such as ESI, as well as Toshiba, NEC, and Panasonic. CCT also provides voice over IP, voice and data network cabling, overhead paging systems, and surveillance camera systems that also contribute to our growth.
CCT began a successful partnership with Panasonic in 1989. We later partnered with NEC in 1999 and Toshiba and the Toshiba National Account Program in 2001. Our newest partnership began in 2006 with ESI and it has proven to be a great asset to our company. CCT’s diverse product line serves many businesses in our area, such as health care providers, construction companies, car dealerships, lawyers, insurance companies, churches, non-profit organizations, nursing facilities, as well as several large manufacturing companies throughout the state. This diversity of clients is directly related to the flexibility of the systems we offer, the robust feature set offered in each platform, and the ease with which our systems are customized and used by our customers.

Capital City Telecom was founded in 1986. Gary Norment envisioned Capital City Telecom to be a service organization. By providing excellent service for businesses all over mid-Missouri, it was a natural progression to offer enterprise telephone equipment as Capital City Telecom grew. Today, Capital City Telecom, also known as CCT, employs a staff who are all dedicated to providing our customers with the highest standards of service, support, and quality equipment.
